What is collected
If you register interest in a padel escape, SmashBase collects the name, email address, destination and playing level you submit. Basic referral information may also be recorded so we can understand whether visitors arrived from Instagram or another campaign.
Why it is used
The information is used only to validate demand, shape proposed trips and send relevant updates you requested. It is not sold to third parties.
Anonymous site analytics
SmashBase uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, referral sources, countries and device types, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure real-world page performance. These tools do not use third-party cookies or associate analytics with an individual visitor or IP address. Interaction events contain only non-personal choices such as a destination, filter or club name; names and email addresses from the interest form are never sent as analytics data.
Service providers
The website may use Vercel for hosting, anonymous analytics and performance measurement, and Resend for email delivery. Those providers process the minimum information required to deliver the service under their own privacy and security terms.
Retention and deletion
Interest records are kept while a proposed trip is being researched or until you unsubscribe. You may request access or deletion at any time by emailing hello@smashbase.co.
Your device
Saved clubs and packing checklist progress are stored locally in your browser. They are not sent to SmashBase and can be removed by clearing site data.
Travel bookings
The current site does not sell travel packages or collect payment information. If trips become bookable, additional booking terms and the licensed operating partner will be shown before any payment.
