What is collected
If you register interest in a proposed padel escape, SmashBase may collect your name, email address, destination, playing level, preferred timing, budget range, travel party, departure country and room preference. If you submit website feedback, it may collect your usefulness rating, reason for visiting, written comments and an optional reply address.
Attribution information
The landing page, referring website and campaign tags such as UTM source, medium, campaign and content may be attached to a response. This helps distinguish an Instagram bio visit from a specific Reel or Story. Full referring-page query strings are not included in Resend notifications.
Why it is used
Retreat information is used to validate demand, shape proposed dates, budgets and group levels, and send relevant updates requested by the respondent. Feedback is used to decide which guides and tools to improve. Submitted information is not sold.
Forms and email providers
Published forms may be processed and stored by Tally, including in its submissions dashboard and an owner-controlled Google Sheet. Tally states that form data is stored in Europe and encrypted in transit and at rest. Vercel hosts the website and its server functions. Resend delivers owner notifications and confirmation emails. When Tally is not configured or available, the native fallback sends the submission by email and does not create a separate durable database record.
Anonymous site analytics
SmashBase uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page and referral information, and Vercel Speed Insights for real-world performance. Analytics events contain only non-personal choices such as a destination, filter or club name. Names, email addresses and written feedback are never sent as analytics properties.
Retention, access and deletion
Interest responses are kept only while proposed trips are being researched or until consent is withdrawn. Feedback is kept while it remains useful for improving the site. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal from updates at any time by emailing hello@smashbase.co. Until an automated mailing-list system is introduced, these requests are handled manually in Tally, connected sheets and relevant email records.
Your device
Saved clubs and packing-checklist progress are stored locally in your browser. Campaign attribution is stored for the current browser session. This information can be removed by clearing site data and is not used to identify you personally.
Travel bookings
The current site does not sell travel packages or collect payment information. Interest is non-binding. If trips become bookable, the licensed operating partner, booking terms and any additional data processing will be shown before payment.
